Check-in and Check-out
The official check-in time at Diamond Apartments is 3:00 PM.
Check-out and check-out times are until 12:00 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement with the management and are subject to room availability.
Check-in Documents
To check in, guests must provide identification.
If the accommodation is being booked for children, foreign citizens, or multiple guests, the administration may request additional documents in accordance with the current rules.
Guest Conduct
Guests are required to comply with the accommodation rules, treat the aparthotel property with care, and maintain peace, order, and safety requirements.
Causing inconvenience to other guests, damaging property, handing over keys to unauthorized persons, and accommodating additional guests without the administration's approval are prohibited.
Use of Room and Property

If any malfunction is detected, please notify the administration. Unauthorized tampering with utility systems, equipment, or communications is prohibited.
Accommodation with Pets
Accommodation with pets is permitted only with prior approval from the management.
The guest is responsible for the behavior of the pet, cleanliness, the safety of other guests, and the safety of Diamond Apartments property.
Guest Responsibilities
In the event of a violation of the rules of accommodation, damage to property, or loss, the guest is obligated to compensate for the damage in accordance with the established procedure.
