Yes. OKO Tower offers apartments rather than residential flats, so permanent registration is not possible, but the aparthotel provides temporary registration in Moscow for the duration of your stay. Diamond Apartments registers guests in accordance with Federal Law No. 109-FZ of 18.07.2006 and Russian Government Resolution No. 9 of 15.01.2007.

Yes. For short-term stays, a deposit of 10 000 ₽ is paid: it can be used for additional services during your stay, and the balance is refunded after the apartment is inspected at check-out. For long-term rentals, the deposit is 50 to 100 % of the monthly rent, depending on the length of stay.

Yes. Baby cots, high chairs and hypoallergenic toiletries are provided on request. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement with the reception: before your arrival we will prepare water and food bowls, a mat and a cushion. Staying with a pet is charged separately.

No. We are not an agency and do not take properties under management: we only rent out the aparthotel’s apartments in OKO Tower. If you are looking for someone to rent out your flat, we are not the right fit — and it is better to say so right away than to waste your time.
Yes, OKO Tower is home to the premium Encore City fitness club on the 3rd floor and MOMO restaurant on the 6th floor. Special conditions for visiting the spa and fitness club are available to aparthotel guests. At MOMO restaurant, guests can enjoy breakfast from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and order meals throughout the day. Please contact reception for details.

The building: a business district tower with underground parking, fitness, spa and restaurants inside. Service: scheduled cleaning and linen change, a 24-hour concierge and reception, transfers, laundry and visa support. Privacy: key-card access to the floors and separate lift banks. This is exactly what is called luxury or VIP apartments, although in private listings such wording is often not backed up by anything.

Moscow City is part of the Presnensky District, so geographically it is the city centre. The Kremlin and the Arbat are 15–20 minutes away by car, with Presnenskaya Embankment and a park nearby. The most expensive flats in Moscow are traditionally found in the side streets of the centre, but there you will find neither building-wide underground parking, nor fitness and spa in the same building, nor a reception open 24/7.
